Hey buddies, I am here with my second blog which is related to my views regarding vegan lifestyle or vegetarianism .

 but simply I am not vegan , I am vegetarian as the word itself defines 'people who consume veg diet as their source as veg is termed as from vegetables and green leafy eating habits.

Now you will wonder what this vegan is?

A vegan is a person who don't consume any thing which comes out by exploiting animals like (meat, chicken and any flesh of animal). It also includes dairy products(like eggs,milk products ). They even dont consume any thing which is manufactured  by animal exploitation or animal byproducts.

Vegetarianism includes:

  • Vegeatables
  • Legumes
  • Dried fruits,nuts,
  • bread
  • Nuts and grains , pulses,
  • may include egg and dairy but not meat
Veganism includes:

  • Vegeatbles
  • Bread
  • Legumes
  • Dried fruits,nuts,
  • Nuts and grains , pulses,
  • but not included the food from any sources
vegetarianism is of many types: some eat eggs , some not eat eggs, some eat diary 

some don't eat dairy products(milk, honey) etc. some consume seafood especially the forigners , some consume lesser amount of meat . etc. 

so you can decide in which category you fall?

 talking about me I am LACTOVEGETARIAN  Because I dont eat eggs, but include milk and other dairy products in my diet, I simply hate non veg diet and want to showcase ehe benefits of veg diet over non veg  as it is a debatable topic , Vegetarians don't like nonveg and non vegetarians wants to enjoy every  bit of meat, chicken and all the things.
I personally believe animals should not be slaughtered just for the taste of tongue and also in the name of nutrition.
as In this natural world made by god  we have so many things to eat as veg diet despite of it people prefer to consume meat and flesh of animals. I personally hate this,BUT INCLUDING THE MASSES people often eat non veg . if we talk about the nutritional efficiency veg diet has more benefits than non veg ones.

Although , there are many benefits of veg diet , I have listed few main from them .
now if I talk about vegan or vegetarian diet we have many 

sources of plants, vegetables, seed , fruits, milk and dairy products , grains, nuts, dry fruits, evacados, lentils, blackbeans,peanut butter, soyabean,tofu, bread, rice, maize , wheat, sweets so on. talking about my favorite thing in all this is : 

I like rice the MOST AND THE DISHES MADE FROM RICE like khichdi, pudding, kheer( our indian occasional dish), simple rice, veg biryani etc. and apart from it i eat all the stuff , i am a foodie guy with all the veg stuffs in my head to stomach.

There is many sayings regarding vegetarainism and one of it is  qoute by Albert einstein   . he has rightly said :  that veg diet leads to a healthy and harmonious life.
THERE IS WORLD VEGETARIAN DAY CELEBRATED IN OCTOBER IST to motivate for veg diet.
so according to me  try to adopt vegetarian diet as much as posisble and please save the environment . GO GREEN ..
